Altar (D.O.P. Pago de Otazu) is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine.
To achieve the unique personality of this wine, the grapes were harvested separately by hand from each of the vineyards. Prior to fermentation, a cold maceration was carried out at 8ºC for a week. Malolactic fermentation is carried out on fine lees in French oak barrels. The wine is aged for 18 months in barrels followed by 60 months in the bottle.
