Altar (D.O.P. Pago de Otazu) is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine
To achieve the unique personality of this wine, a manual harvest was carried out separately from each of the vineyards. Before fermentation, a cold maceration is carried out at 8ºC for a week. Malolactic fermentation is carried out with fine lees in French oak barrels. It is aged for 18 months in barrels followed by 60 months in the bottle.
