AO3 Héctor Zamora

AO 3 was made by the Mexican artist Héctor Zamora as a result of his performance Movements Emitting Stocks, which took place on February 23, 2019 in the Sala de Barrels from Bodega Otazu. In this piece, eight workers from the winery have intervened, who, together, have stepped on unfired clay pots from the land of Otazu. They have left their imprints on them.

In the label design, Zamora uses Otazu’s territory to reflect man’s interaction with his land. It is a label that speaks of the past, of the present, but, above all, of the future, on which, for each of the 900 bottles, he and the potters have stamped their hands stained with clay from the vessels.</ p>

High robe wine, ruby red in color, with a violet rim. Complex nose with nuances of black fruit accompanied by spices and mineral notes. Intense entry in the mouth, with round and tasty tannins, which gives way to a fresh and persistent finish.

Barbecue, red meats, game, cheeses, sausages.
