AO 4 has been conceived by the winner of the 1st Biennale of Monumental Art Prize of the Otazu Foundation, the Chilean Alfredo Jaar. His winning work, The Color of Our Lives (2015), consists of four cubes of water, glass, sound and light magically surprised in full dialogue between a 14th-century dovecote and a 12th-century Romanesque church. For this label, the artist has created a minimalist image, but one of great depth: a drop of wine that seems momentarily suspended in the air, like a sun that radiates light. This light drop symbolizes here the climate, temperature, movement, time and air, all essential factors that determine the quality of the wine. This drop of light is a microcosm of the world.
