PREMIUM CUVÉE

Otazu Premium Cuvée (D.O. Navarra) is a blend of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Merlot varieties. Each of the varieties were harvested separately during the month of October with a subsequent fermentation at 28ºC to maintain the varietal aromas, followed by aging for 12 months in French oak barrels from different forests.

Cherry red in color, this red wine has an elegant and intense nose with notes of black fruit and sweet spices. On the palate it is a dense and round wine, with a sweet start, with a firm step and an elegant finish marked by a fruity character.

This wine can be served at a temperature of 16°C – 18°C and is perfect to accompany sausages, meats red game, all kinds of cheeses, risottos, smoked fish and dark chocolate.
