CHARDONNAY CRIANZA

Pago de Otazu Chardonnay Crianza (D.O.P. Pago de Otazu) is a straw-yellow 100% Chardonnay wine.< /span>

The grapes were sold manually in September in 12 kg boxes. The alcoholic fermentation took place in oak barrels. French from different forests at a temperature of 16ºC after which it was aged for 6 months in French oak barrels with weekly bâtonnage of the lees and subsequent aging in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months.

On the nose it presents notes of tropical fruit on a soft toasted background. On the palate it is dense and unctuous, with a balanced acidity that gives it a fresh and aromatic finish.

This wine can be served at a temperature of 10°C – 12°C and is perfect for pairing with seafood, rice, foie, Iberian ham, seasonal vegetables, cured cheeses, grilled fish, white and red meats.
