PURPOSE

BODEGA OTAZU, S.A.U., (hereinafter Otazu) uses your data to answer your request, to inform you about our products / activities related to the cultivation, production and marketing of wine and to carry out the sale of our products through the e-shop.

In the event that you have sent us your Curriculum Vitae, we will use your data to include them in the management of personnel selection processes for our company.

The data will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the activity. If you notify us of your refusal to use your personal data, it will be blocked immediately.


LEGITIMACY

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent of the data subject when sending the data collection form on the website, the pre-contractual relationship in case of sending a resume or the execution of the contract in case of being a customer of the e-shop.


TARGET

If you are a customer of the e-shop, your name, address and telephone number will be communicated to the carrier for delivery of the goods. Also in the process of the purchase, the connection with the bank gateway for card payment will take place.

Except as provided by law, there will be no other transfer of data for any purpose other than that for which you have been informed.

No international transfers of your data are foreseen.

INFORMATION ON VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

In case you access our facilities, Otazu informs you:

That your personal data will be incorporated into a file and will be processed in order to maintain security and control access to the facilities through a video surveillance system, and will be cancelled within a maximum period of one month.

The capture of images is not optional, but permanent and necessary to access our facilities and is legitimized by public interest, in the protection of people, property and facilities.

In case of incidents, the images may be transferred to the State Security Forces and Judicial Authorities.

That you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, and limitation or opposition to the treatment before the person in charge of the file. To do so, you must attach proof of your identity and a current photograph to your application. The applicant must necessarily be the interested party himself/herself. These rights will be honored to the extent that they do not interfere with the rights of others affected.

RESUME PROCESSING

If you send us your resume, either to the email address provided on this page, or by mail or in person, we inform you that your data will be processed by Otazu in order to evaluate and manage your job application and offer you positions that fit your profile and, where appropriate, to carry out the relevant actions for your selection and hiring as a worker. We will retain your data for a maximum of one year from the last update of your resume, in order to carry out these actions.

In any case, you have the right to revoke the consent you have given us, access your personal data, rectify inaccurate or incomplete data, request the deletion of your data, obtain the limitation or opposition to the treatment, request its portability or complain to the supervisory authority at www.agpd.es
